Item Price Survey Request
The Item Price Survey feature allows users to formally request and track the process of gathering current market prices for specific materials or items. This helps the procurement team make informed purchasing decisions based on up-to-date cost data.
How To Navigate
- Tap the Main Menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
- Tap on the Price Survey dropdown.
- Select Item Price Survey Request to view the list of all requests.
This screen provides a summary of all price survey requests. You can quickly see the status and key details of each request.
- Status Tabs (All, Pending, Approved, Cancelled): Tap these tabs to filter the list by the request’s approval status.
- Request Card: Each card displays:
- Request Number: The unique ID (e.g.,
0012-PSREQ-10004
). - Item Name: The material being surveyed.
- Start/End Date: The duration for which the survey is active.
- Survey Status: The current progress of the survey

How To Add Survey Request
Add New Button: Tap the blue Add New button to create a new price survey request.
- Request Number: A unique identifier for each request
- Material Name: The name of the item being surveyed
- Start Date and End Date: The duration of the survey
- Survey Status: The current status of the survey (e.g., “Survey Not Started”, “Survey On Going”)
- Discard: Discard changes to a new request
- Submit: Submit a new request
Apply Filter
Users can filter the list of price survey requests using the following criteria:
- Request Number: Filter by a specific request number
- Start Date and End Date: Filter by a specific date range
- Material Name: Filter by a specific material name
- Survey Status: Filter by a specific survey status (e.g., “All”, “Pending”, “Approved”, “Cancelled”)
- Request Status: Filter by a specific request status (e.g., “All”)
