Delivery Planning
Introduction/Purpose:
The “Delivery Planning” report in a procurement system provides a comprehensive overview of delivery planning details for each purchase order (PO). The report includes the following information:
- PO Code: The unique identification code assigned to each purchase order.
- Vendor Name: The name of the vendor from whom the items are being procured.
- Warehouse Name: The name of the warehouse or storage facility from where the items are to be delivered.
- Planning Code: The code associated with the delivery planning for the specific PO.
- Delivery Date: The scheduled date for the delivery of the items.
- Due Date: The deadline by which the delivery should be completed.
- Delivered Date: The actual date on which the items were delivered.
- Driver Name: The name of the driver responsible for the delivery.
- Contact Number: The contact number of the driver for communication purposes.
- Voucher Amount: The amount associated with the delivery voucher, typically representing the total cost of the delivery.

In addition to the above details, the “Delivery Planning” report typically offers the following features:
- Filter: Users can apply filters to customize the report based on specific criteria. For example, they can filter by PO code, vendor name, warehouse name, delivery status, or date range to narrow down the results and focus on specific deliveries.
- Refresh: This feature allows users to update the report with the latest data from the procurement system. By clicking the refresh button, the report will fetch the most up-to-date information.
- Clear Cache: In some cases, the procurement system may cache the report data to improve performance. The “Clear Cache” option enables users to clear the cached data and retrieve fresh data for the report.
- Export: Users can export the “Delivery Planning” report to various file formats such as Excel, CSV, or PDF. This enables them to save the report locally or share it with others.
