Review Cycle Statistics
Introduction/Purpose
The purpose of a Review Cycle Statistics Report is to provide a high-level summary and detailed analysis of the overall review cycle, including key information such as the total number of employees, the cycle owner, and the start and end dates.
How To Navigate
The navigation to record a review cycle’s statistics in a performance system typically involves the following steps:
- Click on the main navigation icon: The main navigation icon may be located in the top right corner of the screen. Clicking on this icon will open the navigation menu, which typically includes links to various sections of the performance system.
- Click on the Report section: The Report section is located under the Right section of the screen; clicking on this section will display a list of employee performance-related reports.
- Click on the Review cycle statistics: Click on the Review Cycle Statistics section, which is located under the Report section, will redirect you to the Review Cycle Statistic listing page

Listing Screen
The Review Cycle Statistics Listing Screen serves as a central hub for displaying review cycle statistics, including the cycle name, cycle owner, evaluation start date, evaluation end date, total employees, total completed reviews, and total pending reviews.

The Review Cycle Statistics Listing Screen includes filtering options that allow users to refine records based on criteria such as Evaluation Start Date, Evaluation End Date, Review Cycle Code, and Cycle Title.
Additionally:
- Show All Records Option: Users can choose to display all available records in the listing for a comprehensive view.
- Export : Users have the option to export the review cycle statistics records in Excel format, enabling offline analysis and reporting.
