Introduction/Purpose
The purpose of the goal in the performance management system is to define clear, measurable objectives that align with the organization’s strategic priorities. These goals guide employees’ performance, help track their progress, and drive continuous improvement. By setting individual or team goals, the system fosters accountability, enhances motivation, and ensures that everyone is working toward the same organizational outcomes.
How To Navigate
The navigation to record a Goal in a performance system typically involves the following steps:
- Click on the main navigation icon: The main navigation icon may be located in the top right corner of the screen. Clicking on this icon will open the navigation menu, which typically includes links to various sections of the performance system.
- Click on the Employees section: The Performance section located under the Right section of the screen clicking on this section will display a list of employee performance related transactions.
- Click on the Goal : Click on the goal section which is located under the Performance section will redirected to the goal listing page

Listing Screen
In the Goal Listing Screen, users can view a comprehensive list of goals along with their respective statuses, such as “In Progress,” “Completed,” and “Created.” This allows users to easily track the progress of each goal, see which ones are actively being worked on, which have been completed, and which are newly created but not yet started.

- Goal Dashboard: The Goal Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of the organization’s goals, including key information such as the individuals or teams who have added the goals, the teams assigned to each goal, and the overall progress of each goal. It displays real-time updates on goal status, providing a quick snapshot of completed, in-progress, and created goals. The dashboard also allows users to track any notes or updates related to specific goals, ensuring that everyone involved is aligned on progress and changes. This centralized view aids in goal tracking, decision-making, and ensuring accountability throughout the goal management process.
