Purpose

The Pickup Confirmation feature is designed to help logistics personnel efficiently manage and validate the collection of items for delivery. This step in the delivery workflow ensures that all parties—source, transporter, and receiver—are synchronized on the shipment details such as source, destination, items, driver, and truck information.

How to Navigate

Click on the “My Pickups” Button from the screen.

My Pickups: Displays Drivers assigned pickups (default view).

Quick Scan: Click on the Quick Scan button for switching to scanning mode.

Listing Screen

The “My Pickups” screen displays a list of all pickup orders assigned to the driver. Each card summarizes the key details of a pickup.

Order Number: Unique identifier for the pickup order.

Expected Loading Date: The scheduled date for collecting the items.

Source: The origin location from where items will be picked.

Total Items: Number of items included in the pickup.

Destination: The delivery location for the items.

Truck Registration No.: Vehicle assigned for the trip.

Location Icon: Tap to view source or destination on the map for easier navigation.

On clicking on each card the user can view the pickup deatils that is Confirm Pickup Screen.

Confirm Pickup

On clicking on the attachment the User can add the picture of the item from the file or can click the picture and upload it as a proof and upload it in the solution.
