Entity Module Mapping

1. Warehouse Admin
Role(s): Owner of the business, responsible for overall inventory and warehouse management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all functions related to all the inventory & Warehouse actions.
- Have complete access and control over the system.
- Make strategic decisions for the business using the system.

2. Company Manager/ Supervisor
Role(s): Manage company-specific operations on behalf of the warehouse Admin.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations at specific company locations.
- Supervise activities related to stock in-boun, out-bound, order delivery, etc

3. Warehouse Manager
Role(s): Manage and Supervise overall management of own warehouses and the business
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute activities related to their assigned warehouse duties.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned orders and deliveries.
- Coordinate with other relevant personnel for smooth operations through the system.

Responsibilities:
- Assign Trucks and Drives to order.

7. PO Admin (Product Owner)
Role(s): View overall stock operations in the ROCKEYE – Inventory & Warehouse that is accessible
Responsibilities:
- View users, staff, warehouse items, and customer orders.
- View stock outbound return and stock lock.
- View the stock and batch reports on the system. And track items.
- Will be able to perform the in-bound operations.

8. Read Only Admin
Role(s): View overall operations on inventory and warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee activities related to the system. (This role is beneficial when oversight or auditing is needed without the risk of accidental or unauthorized changes to the inventory.)
