Introduction/Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to manage the products that the dealers can purchase from the customer. These products are white products. Admin can add a new product with all the required details.

Dependencies

Products List

All the products will be displayed on the products list screen.

To view the products list, there are two ways as mentioned below.

• Click on the “Products” from the menu under the “Masters” module as shown below.

• Click on the “Products” from the site map under the “Masters” module as shown below.

Add A New Products

To add new products in the system, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the products list, follow the steps mentioned in the section products List.

Step 2: Click on “ Add New” to add a new product in the system as shown below.

Step 3: Fill all the mandatory fields (marked with *) in the “Add Product Form” as described and click on the “Save” button to save the new Product in the system as shown below.

• Product Name: Enter name of the product.
• Product Short Name: Enter the short name of the product.
• Product Code: Enter the product code.
• Default Unit: Choose the default unit from the drop down list.
• Color: Choose the color.
• Text Color: Choose the text color

Products Details

To View the details of the products, follow below steps.

Step 1: To view the product list, follow the steps mentioned in the section  product List.

Step 2: Click on products name in the product list to view the details of the product as shown below.

Step 3: Click on added by in the product list to view the details of the user as shown below.

Step 4: Click on updated by in the product list to view the details of the user as shown below.
