Introduction/Purpose

The main purpose of this process is to maintain accounts with the quantity status of product stock which is owned by the product owners at the terminals.

Product Stock Accounts List

All the added Product Stock Accounts will be displayed on the Overall Stock Account list screen.

To view the Product Stock Accounts, there are two ways as mentioned below.

• Click on the “Product Stock Accounts” from the menu under the “Processes” module as shown below.

• Click on the “Product Stock Accounts” from the site map under the “Processes” module as shown below.

Actions On Product Stock Accounts

The user can perform the following actions on product stock accounts from the product stock accounts screen.To perform actions on aircrafts, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To open the product stock list screen, follow the steps mentioned in the section “Product Stock Accounts List”.

Step 2: Click on “Actions” to view all the different actions that can be performed on the Product Stock Accounts, as shown below.

Create A New Product Stock Accounts

To add a new Product Stock Accounts in the system, follow the below steps.

Step 1: To view the Product Stock Accounts list, follow the steps mentioned in the section Product Stock Accounts List.

Step 2: Click on “ Create Product Stock Accounts” to add a new Product Stock Accounts in the system as shown below.

Step 3: Fill all the mandatory fields (marked with *) in the “Product Stock Accounts Form” as described and click on the “Save” button to save the new product stock accounts in the system as shown.

• Product Owner: Enter the name of the product owner.
• Terminal: Enter the name of the terminal.
• Product: Enter the name of the product.
• Account Name: Enter the account name 
• Opening Quantity: Enter the opening quantity in liters.
• Opening Price: Enter the price of the product.

Product Stock Accounts Details

To View the details of the Product Stock Accounts, follow below steps.

Step 1: To view the product stock accounts  list, follow the steps mentioned in the section product stock accounts List.

Step 2: Click on the accounts no, name in the company list to view the details of the account as shown below.

Step 3: Click on the terminal in the company list to view the details of the terminal as shown below.
