Introduction/Purpose

The main purpose of this stock account is to keep track of the specific product quantity at different terminals where the product is available. The product stock accounts are maintained here taking into consideration the orders, transfer, debit/credit transactions associated with the product owners.

Overall Stock Account List

All the stock accounts will be displayed on the overall stock account list screen.

To view the overall stock account list, there are two ways as mentioned below.

• Click on the “Overall Stock Account” from the menu under the “Stocks” module on mouse hover as shown below.

• Click on the “Overall Stock Account” from the site map under the “Processes” module as shown below.

Overall Stock Account Details

To View the details of the Overall Stock Account, follow below steps.

Step 1: To view the Overall Stock Account list, follow the steps mentioned in the section Overall Stock Account List.

Step 2: Click on Overall Stock Account name in the company list to view Overall Stock Account details as shown below.
