Introduction/Purpose

The main purpose of this report is to provide detailed information about the loading of liquid products from the terminal and its delivery to the customers.

Loading Tickets List

All the loading tickets will be displayed on the loading tickets list screen.

To view the loading tickets list, there are two ways as mentioned below.

• Click on the “Loading Tickets” from the menu under the “Transactions” module on mouse hover as shown below.

• Click on the “Loading Tickets” from the site map under the “Transactions ” module as shown below.

Loading Ticket Details

To View the details of the loading tickets, follow below steps.

Step 1: To view the loading ticket list, follow the steps mentioned in the section  Loading Tickets List.

Step 2: Click on the LT code(loading ticket code) in the loading tickets list to view the details of the  loading ticket as shown below.

Step 3: Click on the terminal name in the loading tickets list to view the details of the  terminal as shown below.
