The Finas Dashboard’s “Segment” section provides a comprehensive overview of an organization’s financial performance. It contains data on income, gross profit/loss, expenses, and net profit/loss. It also includes two tables: “Profit & Loss Summary” and “Balance Sheet.”
- Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Segment will be updated.
- The “Segment” part, in essence, provides a comprehensive overview of an organization’s financial health, allowing users to examine its income, expenses, and overall financial status via the “Profit & Loss Summary” and “Balance Sheet” tables.
- The user will be able to click on the income, gross profit/loss, expenses, and net profit/loss amounts. After launching a new popup window. It presents a table of data with field titles such as Gl Name, Closing Balance, % in calculation, and Segment Closing.
- Data will be displayed based on the amounts selected for income, gross profit/loss, expenses, and net profit/loss.
- When a user clicks the mail icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV, or both options. Upon choosing any of these options, the user will be directed to a page to send the selected PDF or CSV file via email.
- There are two fields in the “Profit & Amp Loss Summary” table: Account and Amount. This table shows the amounts for several accounts such as other income, sales, finance income, freight, cost of sales, and expenses. At the bottom of the table, there is a “Net Profit A/C” entry that represents the organization’s total net profit.
- Account, Asset, and Liability are the three fields in the “Balance Sheet” table. It breaks down several accounts, such as non-current assets, current assets, equity, non-current liabilities, current liabilities, and intercompany suppliers, as well as their asset and liability values. The total values for assets and liabilities are shown at the bottom of the table.
- Certainly! In the “Segment” section of the Finas Dashboard, there’s a feature related to currency exchange rates. It provides valuable information about currency conversion.
- The “Exchange Rate History” section keeps track of currency exchange rates throughout time. It allows users to track how currency exchange rates have changed over time.
- This history can be used by users to understand how currency prices have fluctuated and to make informed judgments about currency exchange or financial activities.
