Voucher(s) Not Synced:

In the “Voucher(s) Not Synced” section of the Finas Dashboard, this feature provides information about vouchers that have not been synchronized.

  • The table contains information about applications and vouchers that are awaiting synchronization. The names of several system applications, such as Inventory, LMS (Loan Management System), and Procurement, are included in the “Application” column. The “Period” column indicates the month and year for which synchronization is pending. Another section displays the number of vouchers pending synchronization for each application and timeframe.
  • The pie chart graph will display detailed information count (number) of the Applications systems. 
  • Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Voucher(s) Not Synced will be updated. 
  • Users can interact with this data by selecting a certain application and clicking the “Count” button. This action displays a popup window with extra information.
  • Users can check the details of pending vouchers for the selected application and time in the popup window. It shows a list of data fields such as Application Name, Transaction Type, Document (#External System), Currency, and External User. Posting Date, Period, Resync Request Count, Action. 
  • When a user clicks the mail icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV, or both options. Upon choosing any of these options, the user will be directed to a page to send the selected PDF or CSV file via email.
  • In the Action box, users can initiate a resynchronization request for the voucher and check the resync history.
  • The Resync History icon will allow the user to view the specifics of the Resync history. In addition, the user will be able to send the request by clicking on the resync request symbol.
  • In summary, this function assists users in identifying vouchers that have not yet been synced, offers full information about them, and enables for the beginning of resynchronization if necessary. It’s especially handy for keeping accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Pending Action For Approval:

In the “Pending Action for Approval” section of the Finas Dashboard, this feature provides a list of data in tabular format with fields such as “Name” and “Count.”

The number of pending actions awaiting approval is represented by the data, while the “Name” element specifies which approvals are pending. It could contain items such as “Receivable – Credit Note,” “Receivable – Debit Note,” “Payable Debit Note,” “Payable Others,” “Purchase Bill,” “Bank Payment,” “Bank Receipt,” and “Journal.”

  • In summary, this feature provides a full overview of outstanding actions for approval, allowing users to go down into specifics for each voucher, improving the transparency and speed of the approval process.
  • Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Pending Action for Approval Not Synced will be updated. 
  • Users can interact with this data by clicking on the number of pending approval actions. When you click it, a table appears with specific fields such as “Voucher,” “Date,” “Account,” “Customer/Vendor,” “Description,” “Currency,” and “Amount.” There is also an “Action” field with a “View” button.
  • When a user clicks the mail icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV, or both options. Upon choosing any of these options, the user will be directed to a page to send the selected PDF or CSV file via email.
  • Users can get detailed details for each voucher by clicking the “View” button. This information contains account details, status, voucher details, payment details, gross summaries, and more.

Missing Cost/Profit Center:

The “Missing Cost/Profit Center” part of the Finas Dashboard’s pending section gives information about various voucher types and their corresponding approval and pending numbers.

  • The table shows different types of vouchers. It displays the “Approval Count” and the “Pending Count” for each voucher type.
  • These figures show the number of vouchers of each category that have been approved or are awaiting approval.
  • Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire Pending Action for Approval Not Synced will be updated. 
  • Users can interact with this data by selecting a voucher type and then clicking on either the “Approval Count” or the “Pending Count.”
  • When you click on the counts, a table with more specific information for the selected voucher kind appears.
  • This comprehensive table contains the following fields: “Invoice No,” “Invoice Date,” “Account Name,” “Other Account Name,” “Line Iter,” “Invoice Amount,” “Added By,” and “Platform.”
  • In essence, this feature assists users in tracking and managing vouchers by providing a breakdown of voucher types along with their approval and pending counts. Users can then access granular details for each voucher type, enhancing their ability to oversee and process these vouchers effectively.
  • When a user clicks the mail icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV, or both options. Upon choosing any of these options, the user will be directed to a page to send the selected PDF or CSV file via email.
