Asset :
The asset management dashboard provides a quick and comprehensive view of critical asset information. It displays information such as the number of assets registered, their value, recent additions, and how their value evolves over time. Using this handy and straightforward interface, people can readily observe how well assets are doing, track when assets are no longer used, and understand the organization’s asset position.
Assets registered:
The “Assets Registered” section displays a list of all recorded assets. It displays how many are in use, how many are being built, and how many are in the queue or have been retired. This assists in comprehending the organization’s asset status.
- Users will be able to use an edit and refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire assets registered section will be updated; however, clicking the edit icon allows them to make modifications to the assets.
- Users can run searches inside columns within the asset management system, allowing them to discover a specific asset. The PDF icon allows the user to download the PDF file, whereas the CSV icon allows the user to download the CSV file.
- When a user clicks the message icon, a popup will appear, prompting the user to select between PDF, CSV, or both options. Upon choosing any of these options, the user will be directed to a page to send the selected PDF or CSV file via email
The assets registered are further divided into four subgroups they are namely capitalized, under construction, pending and retired
- Capitalised: Assets recorded as capital expenditures that actively benefit the organization as long-term investments.
- Under Construction: These are assets that are currently in the process of being developed or assembled. They are not yet fully operational or functional.
- Pending: Assets in this category are awaiting some action or decision in the asset management system.
- Retired: Retired assets are those that are no longer in active use within the organization. They have been taken out of organizations, often due to purchase or other circumstances.
Book Value:
The “Book Value” section in the asset management dashboard provides a financial overview of capitalized assets driving the organization’s operations and long-term growth. It also highlights the value of assets under construction.
- Users will be able to use an edit and refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire book value section will be updated; however, clicking the edit icon allows them to make modifications to the assets.
New Purchase:
In the asset management system, the “New Purchase” section enables users to monitor recent acquisitions. Here, users can access information about the cumulative value of capitalized assets that are actively benefiting the organization, as well as the value associated with assets presently under construction.
- Users will be able to use an edit and refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire new purchase section will be updated; however, clicking the edit icon allows them to make modifications to the new purchase section.
Depreciation:
In the asset management system dashboard, the “Depreciation” section presents information about the depreciation recorded in the current financial year. This section gives a glimpse into how asset values have evolved due to depreciation, offering a snapshot of the organization’s financial health in relation to asset value and use.
- Users will be able to use an edit and refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire depreciation section will be updated; however, clicking the edit icon allows them to make modifications to the depreciation section.
Depreciation by classification:
Depreciation by classification divides assets into categories like property, IT equipment, furniture, etc. Users can choose categories and view a line graph of monthly depreciation trends. The allocation of resources and decision-making are made easier by this visual insight.

Free from depreciation:
The “Free from Depreciation” section of an asset management system provides a look at assets that maintain their value over time, avoiding the standard fall known as depreciation. This section emphasizes these distinctive assets by describing both their individual and overall values as a group.

Free from depreciation/upcoming:
The “Free from Depreciation” section of an asset management system provides a look at assets that maintain their value over time, avoiding the common drop known as depreciation. This section emphasizes these distinctive assets by outlining both their individual and overall group values. additionally includes information on the total assets released monthly as well as the assets that will be released in the future, along with their count and the category to which they belong.

Pending For Depreciation:
The section on pending depreciation includes information on the most recent month in which an asset experienced depreciation, the following month designated for an anticipated depreciation event, and a count of upcoming depreciated months related to each asset. This section provides a forward-looking overview of assets entering a phase of depreciation, enabling the creation of strategies to handle the impending fluctuations in value.

Asset By Location:
The section on asset allocation by location provides a comprehensive picture by grouping assets within an organization’s framework according to their geographic positions. Whether located across many sites, buildings, or departments, the “Asset by Location” functionality allows customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of how their asset inventory is distributed.

Asset retired vs. book Value:
The “Asset Retired Value vs. Book Value” section is a valuable source of financial data. It depicts the organization’s assets and equipment, which are categorized by type. By utilizing Asset Retired Value (value when done) and Book Value (current worth), this aids in making sensible judgements and measuring performance.
- Users will be able to use an edit and refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the entire asset retired vs. book value section will be updated; however, clicking the edit icon allows them to make modifications to the asset retired vs. book value section.
- Users will be given the choice of arranging profits from highest to lowest, lowest to highest, as well as losses from highest to lowest and lowest to highest.
Retired assets summary:
An asset management system’s “Retired Assets Summary” component gives a streamlined and organized overview of assets that have reached the end of their useful lives or are no longer actively utilized by the company. This summary presents important data about these retiring assets, providing valuable insights, and so on.
