Introduction/Purpose:
The payslip feature in the Employee Self-Service (ESS) system is a valuable tool that provides users with detailed information about their earnings and deductions. It offers a convenient and secure platform for users to access and review their payment information online.
The purpose of the payslip feature is to enhance transparency and empower users by providing them with comprehensive and organized information about their earnings. Payslips serve as official documentation of an employee’s salary, benefits, taxes, and any deductions made during a specific pay period
How to Navigate:
The navigation to a payslip in an employee self service typically involves the following steps:
- Click on the more icon: The more icon located in the footer right corner of the screen.
- Click on the Payslip: The Payslip is located under the payslip section. By clicking on the payslip, it will display a month wise payslips.
- Filter: The filter feature allows users to sort and view payslips based on specific years.
- View PaySlip: The “View PaySlip” feature allows users to access and display their electronic payslips online.
- Download: The download button in the payslip allows users to save a digital copy of their payslip to their device.
