Login Steps

Install the app from Goggle play store or Apple store
On the “Get Started Now” screen, you’ll see two fields:

• Email Address/User Name:
• Enter your registered email address or user name.
  
• Password
• Enter your account password. You can tap the eye icon to show/hide your password
• Once both fields are filled, tap the Login button.

Forgot Your Password?

If you don’t remember your password:

• Tap the “Forgot Password?” link below the password field.
• You will be redirected to a screen where you need to enter your email address and instruction details will send in your entered email address.

Setting Up a PIN in the ROCKEYE Employee Self Service App

The Rockeye Employee Self Service (ESS) app requires a secure 6-digit PIN for user authentication. This Pin ensuer quick and secure access to your employee profile and app features.

1. After subbmiting the login credential it will open pin setting page of ESS app.
2. On the PIN Setup Screen
   • Enter 6 a 6-digit numeric PIN of your choice in the Enter PIN field.
   • Re-enter the same 6-digit PIN in the Confirm PIN field to confirm
3. Tap the Submit button to save your PIN.
4. Once set, this PIN will be required each time you open the application

Disabling the PIN

• To disable your PIN, tap the Disable PIN option available on the same screen.
• After clicking on the Disable PIN it will open the dasboard page.

Logout

In the top right corner of the mobile screen there is a power icon which is for the logging out from the application

Logout Message:
Are you sure you want to log out of your account?
Buttons:
• Cancel (keeps the user in the app)
• Logout or Yes, Logout (confirms and logs the user out)
