Attendance
Introduction/Purpose:
The Attendance module is an essential part of the Time & Attendance system designed to track and manage employee attendance in real-time. This module automates the process of recording attendance, allowing HR teams and managers to monitor employee presence, absence, tardiness, and overtime efficiently. The system ensures that the attendance data is accurately captured, reducing manual errors and making it easier to generate reports for payroll processing, compliance, and performance reviews.
Attendance Summary
- Working Hours: The working hours shows the monthly hours of employee worked in the organization
- Break Hours: Break hours will show the monthly hours of employee took break in the organization
- Present: It will show the number of days the employee was present in a particular month.
- Leave:It will show the number of leave taken by the employee in a particular month.
- Absent: It will show the number of leave taken by the employee in a particular month.
Weekly Attendance Summary
The weekly attendance summary will show the graphical representation of the attendance how many hours have been spent in the organization per week.
Team Statistics
It will show the statistics of the total number of team members who are absent,present,leave,on desk,on break,yet to come and left for the day.
