The State Master functions as a sub-level geographical classification within the Country Master, enabling region-specific configuration and localization. It standardizes the list of all states, provinces, or territories under each country, ensuring consistent usage across modules like contracts, taxation, compliance, and logistics.

This master supports precise address structuring, jurisdictional tagging, and dynamic document generation. By maintaining an organized and validated list of states, the system ensures data accuracy, improves regional mapping, and enhances the flexibility of rule-based automation in workflows such as contract creation, template setup, and reporting.

How to Navigate

The navigation to a state in a contract management system typically involves the following steps:

• Click the menu icon in the top-right corner.
• Navigate to Geolocation; under Geolocation, click on the state.
• The page will display all the states available in the system.

Listing:

The State Listing offers a centralized and structured view of all states or regions defined within the system. It allows users to efficiently manage, search, and access state records that play a key role in configuring dynamic contract content and regional workflows.

Key Features:

• Show All Listings: Clear all filters to view the complete list of defined states.
• Column-Based Filters: Quickly refine the listing using filters such as State Name, Country Code, State Code, Country ISO Code, and Status.
• Export: Download the listing for external reporting or offline use.
• Hide & Show Columns: Tailor the table view by toggling visibility of specific columns.
• List View Display: States are presented in a structured format with the following details:

  • Country Code

  • Status
