Introduction/Purpose:
The Currency Master provides a centralized reference for all currencies used within the system, enabling consistent financial configurations across countries, contracts, transactions, and reporting modules. It supports localization, multi-currency operations, and financial compliance by associating each currency with its respective ISO code, symbol, and formatting rules.
By maintaining an accurate and up-to-date list of global currencies, the system ensures reliable monetary calculations, simplifies exchange rate integrations, and enhances the flexibility of cross-border business processes. This master is essential for organizations operating in multi-national environments, ensuring accuracy in contract values, invoices, payroll, and more.
How to Navigate
The navigation to a currency in a contract management system typically involves the following steps:

- Click the menu icon in the top-right corner.
- Navigate to Core; under Core, click on the Currency.
- The page will display all the currencies available in the system.
Listing:
The Currency Listing provides a centralized and structured view of all currencies defined within the system. It allows users to efficiently manage, search, and access currency records that support financial accuracy in dynamic contract content, invoicing, and cross-border workflows.

Key Features:
- Sync from Finance: Pull currency data directly from the finance module to ensure consistency across systems.
- Show All Listings: Clear all filters to view the complete list of currencies.
- Column-Based Filters: Refine the listing using filters such as Currency Name, ISO Code, Symbol, or Status.
- Export: Export the listing for reporting or offline analysis.
- Hide & Show Columns: Personalize the display by toggling visibility of specific columns.
- List View Display: Currencies are presented in a structured layout with the following fields:
- Name
- ISO Code
- Symbol
