Introduction

Work Order Dashboard in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is to provide an efficient and data-driven way for organizations to manage their maintenance operations. This module serves as a central hub for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to work orders. The available KPIs are Status Wise Work Order, Priority Wise Work Order, Date Wise Work Orders, and Work Order Ontime Completion Rate. Thereby enhancing the overall efficiency, productivity, and decision-making processes within an organization.

How To Navigate To Work Order

The navigation includes the following steps for viewing the work order in the computerized maintenance management system.

  • Click on the Dashboards tab: The Dashboard can be accessed by clicking on the Dashboard tab on the side menu.
  • Click on Work Order :  The work order section can be accessed by clicking it from the dashboard section.

Status Wise Work Orders

The Status Wise work order widget in the Work Order section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) displays the count of work orders categorized by their status and date. 

  • This KPI illustrates the number of work orders registered for maintenance and services, whether for vehicles, machinery, or other items. 
  • The widget provides a graphical representation of the work order statuses, such as open, in-progress, pending, draft, and completed, displayed on a daily basis for the specified month.
  • Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the “status wise work order” kpi will be updated.

Note :

  • Users can view comprehensive widget data in the Work Order dashboard by selecting specific calendar options, such as:
    • Today
    • Yesterday
    • Last 15 Days
    • Last 30 Days
    • This Month
    • Last Month
    • Last 2 Months
    • Custom Date Range
  • In addition to date-based filtering, users can apply filters for:
    • Specific Location
    • Specific Department
    • Combination of Location and Department
  • When any filter is applied, the entire Work Order section dashboard is dynamically updated to reflect data based on the selected criteria, ensuring users can analyze relevant information effectively.

Priority Wise Work Orders

The Priority Wise Work Order widget in the Workorder section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) displays the count of work orders categorized by their priority levels.

  • This KPI provides insights into the number of work orders created for maintenance and services, whether for vehicles, machinery, or other items.
  • The widget offers a graphical representation of work order priorities such as high, medium, and low, shown daily for the specified month. Additionally, users can view the total count of work orders for selected date ranges.
  • The widget also features a refresh icon. Clicking the icon updates the “Priority Wise Workorder” KPI to reflect the latest data.

  • Users can view comprehensive widget data in the Work Order dashboard by selecting specific calendar options, such as:
    • Today
    • Yesterday
    • Last 15 Days
    • Last 30 Days
    • This Month
    • Last Month
    • Last 2 Months
    • Custom Date Range
  • In addition to date-based filtering, users can apply filters for:

Date Wise Work Orders

The Date Wise Workorder widget in the Workorder section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) displays the count of work orders organized by date.

  • This KPI provides insights into the number of work orders created for maintenance and services, whether for vehicles, machinery, or other items, with a date-specific breakdown.
  • The widget presents a graphical representation of workorders, highlighting the count of pending and completed work orders for the selected date ranges.
  • The widget also includes a refresh icon. Clicking this icon ensures the “Date Wise Work Orders” KPI is updated with the most recent data.
  • Users can view comprehensive widget data in the Work Order dashboard by selecting specific calendar options, such as: today, yesterday, last 15 days, last 30 days, this month, last month, last 2 months, custom date range
  • In addition to date-based filtering, users can apply filters for specific location, department and combination of location and department.
  • When any filter is applied, the entire Work Order section dashboard is dynamically updated to reflect data based on the selected criteria, ensuring users can analyze relevant information effectively.

Work Order Request Trend

The Work Order Request Trend widget in the workorder section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) displays the count of work orders categorized by time intervals (hourly).

  • This KPI provides detailed insights into the number of work orders created for maintenance and services, offering a time-specific breakdown within chosen date-range intervals.
  • The widget visually represents work order trends, highlighting the count of completed job cards across specific hourly intervals for the selected date ranges.
  • Users can customize the data view by selecting various calendar options, such as today, yesterday, the last 15 days, the last 30 days, this month, last month, the last 2 months, or a custom date range. Upon selecting a calendar option, the entire work order section dashboard updates accordingly to reflect the new selection.
  • Additionally, the widget features a refresh icon. By clicking this icon, users can ensure the “Work Order Trend” KPI is updated with the most current data.

Work Orders List

The Work Order List widget in the Work Order section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) provides an overview of work Orders based on their statuses.

  • This KPI delivers detailed insights into work orders created for maintenance and services, presenting a categorized list that includes statuses such as open, in progress, and completed within the selected date-range intervals.
  • The widget visually organizes work orders, highlighting their count and current status for easy tracking and management.
  • Users can customize their view by choosing from various calendar options, including today, yesterday, the last 15 days, the last 30 days, this month, last month, the last 2 months, or a custom date range.
  • The Workorder section dashboard dynamically updates based on the selected calendar option to reflect the latest information.
  • The widget also includes a refresh icon, allowing users to update the “Work Order List” KPI and ensure it displays the most recent data.

Ontime Completion Rate

The Work Order Ontime Completion Rate widget in the Work Order section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tracks and displays the percentage of work orders completed on time within a specified date range.

  • This KPI provides a clear view of the on-time work order completion performance for maintenance and services, including tasks related to vehicles, machinery, or other items.
  • The widget features a pie chart representation, visually highlighting the exact percentage of work orders completed on time for the selected date range.
  • Users can personalize their view by choosing from calendar options such as today, yesterday, the last 15 days, the last 30 days, this month, last month, the last 2 months, or a custom date range.
  • When a date range is selected, the entire work order section dashboard refreshes dynamically to reflect the updated data.
  • The widget also includes a refresh icon, enabling users to update the “Work Order Ontime Completion Rate” KPI with the latest available data.

Status Wise Work Order Requests

The Status Wise Work Order widget in the Work Order section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) displays the count of work orders categorized by their status and date. 

  • This KPI illustrates the number of work orders registered for maintenance and services, whether for vehicles, machinery, or other items. 
  • The widget provides a graphical representation of the job card statuses, such as open, in-progress, pending, draft, and completed, displayed on a daily basis for the specified month. 
  • Users can view this graphical representation of work order statuses by selecting specific calendar options, including today, yesterday, the last 15 days, the last 30 days, this month, last month, the last 2 months, or a custom date range.
  • Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the “status wise work order” kpi will be updated.

Scheduled Work Order

Introduction

The Scheduled Work Order Dashboard within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) serves a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations within an organization. This module is designed to provide an insightful and real-time overview of the scheduled work orders, enabling maintenance teams to make informed decisions and optimize their resources. This module aims to streamline the maintenance planning process by presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheduled work orders. It assists in better scheduling, resource allocation, and work prioritization.

How To Navigate To Scheduled Work Order

The navigation includes the following steps for viewing the work order in the computerized maintenance management system.

  • Click on the Dashboards tab: The Dashboard can be accessed by clicking on the Dashboard tab on the side menu.
  • Click on Scheduled Work Order :  The Scheduled Work Order section can be accessed by clicking it from the dashboard section.

Scheduled Work Orders Statistics KPI

Schedule Work Orders Statistics KPI presents top statistical data for the scheduled work orders, like “Scheduled work Order for Today”, “Scheduled Upcoming Work Orders”, “Total Active Schedules”, “Total Inactive Schedules”, “Total Suspended Schedules”.

Completion Wise Scheduled Work Orders KPI

Completion Wise Scheduled Work Orders KPI measures and evaluates the timeliness of work order completions within a specified timeframe. It calculates the percentage of scheduled work orders that are completed on time and categorizes the results as “Ontime”, “Before Scheduled”, or “After Scheduled”.

  • Total Number of Scheduled Work Orders Completed.
  • This report provides an overview of scheduled work orders, indicating their timely completion status categorized as “On Time,” “Before Scheduled,” or “After Scheduled.” The results are presented in a circular graph format, allowing users to click on any of the status categories to hide the corresponding data from the graph.
  • This visual representation consists of a circular graph illustrating the distribution of scheduled work orders, displaying the count and percentage of work orders completed within the categories of “On Time,” “Before Scheduled,” and “After Scheduled.”

Top 10 Schedules

It measures and indicates the top 10 schedules of scheduled work orders.
