Introduction

Vendor Dashboard serves a critical purpose in indicating the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the vendors in the context of maintenance operations. This module is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of key performance indicators (KPIs) that are vital to measuring the performance of the vendors related to maintenance activities, the ratio between the number of work orders assigned to the vendors and the number of work orders completed by the vendors, and the top assets for which the vendors provide maintenance services.

How To Navigate To Vendor

The navigation includes the following steps for viewing the vendor in the computerized maintenance management system.

  • Click on the Dashboards tab: The Dashboard can be accessed by clicking on the Dashboard tab on the side menu.
  • Click on Vendor :  The Vendor section can be accessed by clicking it from the dashboard section.

Vendor Statistics

Statistics Blocks indicates the following data

  • Total Active Vendors
  • Total Inactive Vendors
  • Total Vendors With Work Orders
  • Total Vendors With No Work Orders 

Total WOs vs Vendor Assigned WOs

This key performance indicator (KPI) quantifies and illustrates the daily tally of work orders generated within the system, as well as the proportion of work orders that have been assigned to vendors. The data is visually presented in a bar chart format.

Priority Wise Work Order

This key performance indicator (KPI) assesses and illustrates the total number of work orders allocated to vendors, while also displaying the distribution of assigned work orders based on their respective priorities through a circular graph.

Vendor Assigned and Completed WOs

This key performance indicator (KPI) evaluates and presents the daily count of work orders allocated to vendors, along with the corresponding number of work orders that have been successfully completed by the vendors. The data is visually represented in a bar chart format.

Top 5 Assets

This key performance indicator (KPI) quantifies the top five assets for which work orders have been assigned to vendors, along with the corresponding total number of work orders generated for each of these assets.
