Introduction/Purpose

Procedures are the inspection path defined for the technicians to help them in resolving the issue and completing the work order by following the procedure form. We have predefined system procedure forms which users can use for themselves directly and they can even customize the form as per their need.

Dependency

System Procedures module will have below mentioned dependencies

System Performance: System should respond properly and efficiently to fetch the super admin configured procedures.

Predefined Procedures: Admin must have added at least one procedure from their end

Valid User Access: The logged in user must have the access of this module to perform the operations.

How To Navigate To System Procedures

The navigation includes the following steps for viewing the system procedures in the computerized maintenance management system.

  • Click on the Master tab: The master can be accessed by clicking on the Master tab on the side menu.
  • Click on System Procedures:  The system procedures master can be accessed by clicking it from the master section.

System Procedure Master Tab Listing:

A system procedure listing in a computerized maintenance management system is a feature that provides a list of all system procedures.

  • Users can view the following information in the system procedure listing page
    • Procedure Name
    • Procedure Code
    • Tag Name
    • Action
      • Preview Procedure
      • Copy
  • Preview Procedure :
    • Users will be able to view the predefined procedure which will be useful for work orders as shown in below screen.
  • Copy :
    • Users will be able to copy the predefined system procedure to the Procedure module. This predefined procedure can copy and use in the procedure master.

Note :

  • These system procedures are added from the backend.  

User can perform the following actions 

  • Quick Search : This “Quick Search” feature allows users to  search the data from individual fields.
  • Show all listing records: This functions like a refresh icon, retrieving and displaying all records in the listing.
