How To Navigate To Jobcard
The navigation includes the following steps for viewing the jobcard in the computerized maintenance management system.
- Click on the Dashboards tab: The Dashboard can be accessed by clicking on the Dashboard tab on the side menu.
- Click on Jobcard: The jobcard section can be accessed by clicking it from the dashboard section.
Status Wise Jobcard
The Status Wise Jobcard widget in the Jobcard section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) displays the count of job cards categorized by their status and date.
- This KPI illustrates the number of job cards registered for maintenance and services, whether for vehicles, machinery, or other items.
- The widget provides a graphical representation of the job card statuses, such as open, in-progress, pending, draft, and completed, displayed on a daily basis for the specified month.
- Users can view this graphical representation of job card statuses by selecting specific calendar options, including today, yesterday, the last 15 days, the last 30 days, this month, last month, the last 2 months, or a custom date range.
- Users will be able to use the refresh icon. When users click the refresh icon, the “status wise jobcard” kpi will be updated.
Priority Wise Jobcard
The Priority Wise Jobcard widget in the Jobcard section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) displays the count of job cards categorized by their priority levels.
- This KPI provides insights into the number of job cards created for maintenance and services, whether for vehicles, machinery, or other items.
- The widget offers a graphical representation of job card priorities such as high, medium, and low, shown daily for the specified month. Additionally, users can view the total count of job cards for selected date ranges.
- Users can customize the view by selecting calendar options like today, yesterday, the last 15 days, the last 30 days, this month, last month, the last 2 months, or a custom date range. Based on the chosen calendar selection, the entire Jobcard section dashboard updates accordingly.
- The widget also features a refresh icon. Clicking the icon updates the “Priority Wise Jobcard” KPI to reflect the latest data.
Date Wise Jobcard
The Date Wise Jobcard widget in the Jobcard section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) displays the count of job cards organized by date.
- This KPI provides insights into the number of job cards created for maintenance and services, whether for vehicles, machinery, or other items, with a date-specific breakdown.
- The widget presents a graphical representation of job cards, highlighting the count of pending and completed job cards for the selected date ranges.
- Users can customize the view by selecting calendar options such as today, yesterday, the last 15 days, the last 30 days, this month, last month, the last 2 months, or a custom date range. Based on the selected calendar option, the entire Jobcard section dashboard updates dynamically.
- The widget also includes a refresh icon. Clicking this icon ensures the “Date Wise Jobcard” KPI is updated with the most recent data.
Jobcard Trend
The Jobcard Trend widget in the Jobcard section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) displays the count of job cards categorized by time intervals (hourly).
- This KPI provides detailed insights into the number of job cards created for maintenance and services, offering a time-specific breakdown within chosen date-range intervals.
- The widget visually represents job card trends, highlighting the count of completed job cards across specific hourly intervals for the selected date ranges.
- Users can customize the data view by selecting various calendar options, such as today, yesterday, the last 15 days, the last 30 days, this month, last month, the last 2 months, or a custom date range. Upon selecting a calendar option, the entire Jobcard section dashboard updates accordingly to reflect the new selection.
- Additionally, the widget features a refresh icon. By clicking this icon, users can ensure the “Jobcard Trend” KPI is updated with the most current data.
Jobcard List
The Jobcard List widget in the Jobcard section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) provides an overview of job cards based on their statuses.
- This KPI delivers detailed insights into job cards created for maintenance and services, presenting a categorized list that includes statuses such as open, in progress, and completed within the selected date-range intervals.
- The widget visually organizes job cards, highlighting their count and current status for easy tracking and management.

- This KPI provides essential insights into customer trends for maintenance and services by distinguishing between job cards created for returning (repeated) customers and those for new customers within the selected date range.

The weekly jobcard widget in the Jobcard section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) displays the count of weekly job cards categorized by specific date range interval.
- This KPI provides essential insights into count of weekly jobcards with the statuses open, pending, completed, for maintenance and services within the selected date range.
- Users can tailor their data view by selecting calendar options such as today, yesterday, the last 15 days, the last 30 days, this month, last month, the last 2 months, or a custom date range. Upon selection, the entire Jobcard section dashboard dynamically updates to reflect the new data.
- Additionally, the widget features a refresh icon. Clicking this icon ensures that the “Weekly Jobcard Data” KPI is refreshed with the most current information.
Departments Wise Jobcard
The Department Wise Jobcard widget in the Jobcard section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) provides a breakdown of job cards by their respective departments, such as Operations, Maintenance, etc.
- This KPI delivers valuable insights into the distribution of job cards created for maintenance and services, covering vehicles, machinery, or other assets.
- The widget presents a graphical representation of department-wise job cards, displayed daily for the specified date range. Users can also view the total count of job cards for the selected period, enabling better analysis and understanding of departmental workloads.
- To customize the view, users can select calendar options like today, yesterday, the last 15 days, the last 30 days, this month, last month, the last 2 months, or a custom date range. Selecting any of these options dynamically updates the Jobcard section dashboard.
- The widget includes a refresh icon. Clicking this icon updates the “Department Wise Jobcard” KPI to ensure it reflects the most recent data.
Jobcard Classification Data
The Jobcard Classification Data widget in the Jobcard section of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) displays the count of job cards categorized by classifications over specific time intervals, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
- This KPI provides essential insights into jobcard classification data for maintenance and services and classifications are maintenance, body shop etc.. within the selected date range.
- The widget visually represents the counts for classification wise jobcards data, within date range intervals. So that, easily compare the job card count within specific classifications like maintenance, body shop etc..
- Users can view the number of the classifications for the jobcard at the top right corner of the widget.
- Users can customize the data view by selecting time-based options—Day, Week, Month, or Year—using radio buttons located at the top-right corner of the widget. Once selected, the widget dynamically updates to display the latest data for the chosen interval.
- Additionally, the widget features a refresh icon. Clicking this icon ensures that the “Jobcard Classification Data” KPI is refreshed with the most current information.
