Contract Employee
Introduction/Purpose :
The purpose of “contract employee” aspects within staff in an attendance management system is to streamline and optimize various HR processes to ensure effective human resource management and improve overall organizational performance.
In Employees, the user can view all contract employees.
How to Navigate :
The navigation to contract employee records in the Attendance Management system typically involves the following steps:
- Click on the main navigation icon, which is located on the top right corner of the screen, and then click on the Staff section, which is located on the left side menus on the screen.
- Click on the Contract Employee section, which is located under Staff. After clicking on this link, you can navigate to the contract employee listing.
Listing :
The contract employee module allows the user to view all the active and inactive contract employee records. The key features of the contract employee listing is included below
- Record Filter
Filter option allows users to filter the list of records based on visible columns, such as- Employee Name
- Employee Code
- Phone number
- Birth Date
- Department
- Reporting Senior
- Company Name
- Location
- Shift etc.
- Advance Search
This option allows user to filter data with single or Multiple criteria in Column Name with options like- equal
- Not Equal
- Begins
- Does Not Begin with
- Ends With
- Does Not End with
- Contains
- Does Not Contain
- Export Data
Selected records, current page records, or all records can be exported by users with listed columns or all columns to a spreadsheet or other file format for further analysis or reporting.
- Change View
The change view option allows users view employee list as below- Grid View (Block View)
- Table View: User can view the employee data in the table view
- List View
Recordings and Updates :
The user can add a new contract employee record by clicking the “Add New’ button and by entering the below fields.
Below are the fields that are typically included in the add contract employee form:
- First Name : This field specifies the first name of the employee.
- Last Name : This field specifies the last name of the employee
- Gender : This field specifies the gender of the employee
- Birth date : This field specifies the birth date of employee in dd/mm/yyyy format
- Phone Number : This field specifies the phone number of employee
- Email : This field specifies the email address of employee
- Employee Code : This field specifies the employee code of employee. The user can also manually generate the attendance code by clicking refresh button.
- Profile image : This field specifies the profile image of an employee to be uploaded.
- Company Name : This field specifies the company name of the employee.
- Location : This field specifies the location of the company
- Department : This field specifies the department of the employee.
- Shift : This field specifies the shift of the employee, e.g. day shift or night shift.
- Category : This field specifies the category of the employee, such as permanent employee or contract employee
- Reporting Senior : This specifies the name of the reporting senior for the employee.
- Employment date : This field specifies the employment date of the employee.
- Employment Status : This field specifies the employment status of the employee.
- Required Check in : This field specifies whether the check in is required or not
- Weekoff Preference : This field specifies whether the week off preference is to be given to the employee or not
- Comment : This field specifies the comment in the employee profile.
- Status : This field specifies the status of the employee
- Attachments : This field specifies that any attachment has to be linked to the employee profile, such as experience certification, etc.
- Temporary Shift Timings
- From Date : This field specifies the start date of the temporary shift of employee.
- To Date : This field specifies the end date of the temporary shift of employee.
- Shift Time In : This field specifies the Shift In time of employee
- Shift Time Out : This field specifies the Shift out time of employee
- Minimum working hour : This field specifies the minimum number of working hours of an employee.
- Status : This field specifies the status of temporary shift timing
