Introduction/Purpose :
The purpose of the completed meeting report is to show the overall summary of completed meeting reports.
How to Navigate :
The navigation to record the completed meeting report in the Attendance Management System typically involves the following steps:

- Click on the main navigation icon, which is located on the top right corner of the screen, and then click on the Report section, which is located on the left side menus on the screen.
- Click on the Completed meeting report category section, which is located in the Report section. After clicking on this link, you can navigate to the completed meeting report listing.
Listing:
The completed meeting report module allows users to view all recent meetings. The key feature of completed meeting listing include below

Filter : The user can filter completed meeting report data based on the following fields
- Meeting Room
- Locations
- Requestor name
- Date range
- Status
Export : The Export feature enables users to extract data from a system and save it in Excel format.
PDF Export : The Export feature enables users to extract data from a system and save it in PDF format.
